The Job
· Responsible to achieve targeted Revenue, EBITA and ROI for the applicable SME Digitization initiatives through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross selling, introduction of effective/innovative new product and optimizing the existing ones.
· Liaise with respective product owners and manage product life cycle to ensure SME customers.
· Ensure digital product roadmaps are properly executed to bring more business value.
· Provide insights for annual business planning and enterprise management meetings.
· Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and offers.
· Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and relevant stakeholders.
· Create mechanisms to collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain multiple customer engagement channels and ensure to date information accessible for relevant customers/stakeholders.
The Person
· Degree in IT, Marketing, business management or equivalent from a recognised university
· MBA would be an added advantage
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Sound analytical skills and decision-making capabilities are required
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field
